Who we are. Harlow Grant is a trading name of Asim Khan, The Pentagon Centre, 36-38 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: asim@harlowgrant.com.

What we collect. When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and message. Our website platform also collects limited technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, and, with your consent, analytics data.

Why we use it. To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call (our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract); to provide services if you become a client (performance of a contract); to meet legal and regulatory obligations; and, with your consent, to improve our website.

Who we share it with. Trusted service providers who help us run the business, including our website host (Squarespace) and email provider (Microsoft). Some providers may process data outside the UK, protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved contract clauses. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for up to 6 years after our work ends, or longer where the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email asim@harlowgrant.com.
